“Islam” is a complex subject, just like other world religions. It is therefore hardly possible to explain it definitively. This film is an offer to anyone interested in the religion of Islam. The Museum for Islamic Art at the Pergamon Museum has interviewed experts who have researched the subject and are themselves Muslim. They explain selected terms that are important for the religion of Islam. The result is a factual and at the same time personal approach to the topic: a view of Islam from the inside.
